Content Complaints Policy and Procedures
Request for Removal of Content Depicting a Person
If you appear in any content and want it removed:
Send a request to legal@glowvision.tv, including:
- A sample or screenshot of the content
- A valid ID to prove your identity
- A short description of where the content is located
Procedure:
Our team will review your request and may ask for more information.
The content uploader may be contacted to verify age and consent documentation.
A final decision will be made: either the content will be removed, or no further action will be taken.
You may appeal the decision by providing new facts. The case will be escalated to a neutral reviewer, and their final decision will be applied.
All claims are resolved within 5 business days after complete information is received.
Reporting Unauthorized Content
If you believe that any published content violates the platform's policies or should not be online:
Use the "Report" button linked to the content or email support@glowvision.tv providing:
- The name of the model or user
- A clear explanation of your concern
- Screenshots or links, if available
Process:
Our team will review your report and may request more information.
A decision will be made: content will be removed or no action taken.
If you disagree, you may submit a new complaint with additional details.
All claims are resolved within 5 business days after complete information is received.
Copyright Infringement
If your copyrighted work has been used without permission, please email dmca@glowvision.tv with:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email
- Description of the copyrighted material
- A direct link or clear location of the infringing content
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Process:
The claim is reviewed and may be followed up with further questions.
A final decision is made: the content will be removed, or no further action will be taken.
Resolution within 5 business days once all info is received. Appeals are not available.
Counter-Notice for Removed Content
If your content was removed but you believe it did not violate any copyright or that you were authorized to use it, send a counter-notice to support@glowvision.tv including:
- Your contact details and signature
- The previously removed content and its location
- Explanation of why the content should be restored
- A statement that you are authorized to use the content or believe no infringement occurred
The team will review and decide whether the content can be restored.
All counter-notices are resolved within 5 business days. Appeals are not available.
Record Keeping
A log of all complaints is maintained by Glow Management, LLC including:
- Details of the complaint
- Action taken and resolution date
- Confirmation of notification to the complainant
Personal data is anonymized during archiving. All complaint records are stored securely and kept confidential.
